Personal Stationery Note Cards

I recently found myself in a pinch of needing a thank you card and I didn't have one. So I designed a small card with some personal stationery on it and got 20 printed at a local printer and love them!! I thought it would also be fun for everyone else to have personal stationery as well! There are a few different options.

They card can say: (italicized is where your choice would be)

And you can either purchase a:
