Romantic Fall Wedding at Swaneset Bay Resort + Country Club
I reached out to my sweet friend Tessa a few weeks after their engagement in New York City because she was the type of bride I really really wanted to work with. She’s got incredible style and wanted to have modern romantic details blended with the colours of fall.
Their wedding venue was at basically a castle set in the gorgeous Pacific Northwest and let me tell ya when I went to set up the day of items I was speechless. The tree lined driveway were full of fall reds and yellows and the sun was hovering mid day it was just beautiful. The vision Tessa had truly came together and it was beautiful in every way.
When Tessa and I met to discuss her Day Of Items we originally were going in another direction however over the summer I noticed a trend that was gaining a lot of traction and it was acrylic. Specifically acrylic with a brushed background. I sent over some inspiration to Tessa and she loved the ideas. We went with a large seating chart, a welcome/order of the day sign, guest book and table numbers all on acrylic and all with a brushed background. We did one in a dark green as Tessa had also incorporated eucalyptus and olive branches into her florals.
Lastly instead of doing individual favours, Tessa and Josh decided to take those allocated funds and donate them to The Twelve Thousand Film ( a film developed by Ally Global). I loved being a part of this wedding and it was one for the books.
